I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am to Charley and the team! I had my mother and grandmother's diamonds. He suggested that we do something with my engagement ring and created an incredible three stone ring. My grandmother's diamond had a chip but he worked with it and you would never know it! The ring is beyond beautiful! He also used diamonds from a necklace on the sides. He was very fair in the price and was able to bring the cost down by buying some of my gold pieces that I no longer wear. When he showed it to me I almost cried. He promised me an incredible ring and boy did he deliver. Emerald will be my go to jeweler! Charley and Emerald Jewelers gets my wholehearted 10 star recommendation.

Went in to have my engagement ring repaired because the diamond was loose, and also asked if they could solder my wedding ring to my engagement ring. The customer service was outstanding! I was gifted a family heirloom that was heavily worn with lots of scratches, some deeper than others. The glue around the initial had worn off and it was spinning freely. Robert and his jeweler reset the initial with an epoxy to be set overnight (other jewelers were willing to fix the ring while I waited). After the initial was repaired I decided to have the ring resized and to have the scratches buffed and polished out. The end result is what you see here. From the initial consult to the delivery of the ring Robert explained everything to my satisfaction every step of the way. I am very pleased with his service as well as the finished ring and highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking to bring their vintage jewelry back to its former glory.
