I was gifted a family heirloom that was heavily worn with lots of scratches, some deeper than others. The glue around the initial had worn off and it was spinning freely. Robert and his jeweler reset the initial with an epoxy to be set overnight (other jewelers were willing to fix the ring while I waited). After the initial was repaired I decided to have the ring resized and to have the scratches buffed and polished out. The end result is what you see here. From the initial consult to the delivery of the ring Robert explained everything to my satisfaction every step of the way. I am very pleased with his service as well as the finished ring and highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking to bring their vintage jewelry back to its former glory.
